Privacy notice
For the Ghloo website and beta waitlist. Last updated 16 October 2026.
This notice is from Ghloo, LLC (“Ghloo”, “we”, “us”). It covers the ghloo.ai website and the beta waitlist. The Ghloo app will have its own, fuller privacy policy, which you’ll see before you start using it.
What we collect
- Your email address and what you do, when you join the waitlist.
- Your name, email and message, when you use the contact form.
- A referral code, if you arrived through someone’s link, so we can credit them.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site and stop abuse, such as your IP address and browser, processed by our hosting and bot-protection provider, Cloudflare.
- How you use the site, through Google Analytics, only if you allow it.
What we use it for
- To keep your place in line and show it to you.
- To email you when your invite is ready, and with important beta updates.
- To prevent spam and fake sign-ups.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you’re invited and decide whether to create an account, or until you ask us to delete it. If you don’t create an account, we delete your waitlist record within 12 months of your invite.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time through our contact form. Every email we send includes a way to stop further emails.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without cookies. If you allow it, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It sets cookies, and it only loads after you say yes. You can change your mind any time with Cookie settings in the footer. We don’t use advertising cookies, and we don’t sell what Analytics tells us.
Your browser also stores your referral code locally, so you can check your place in line later. You can clear it at any time.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date above, and email you about anything significant.
